February marks International Boost Self-Esteem Month, and during times of increased stress and social isolation, we need to attend to ourselves with mind-body kindness.
If you would benefit from a gentle flow yoga class to help boost your mood this February then book in advance below. You can reserve a block of 5 classes or book individual classes on selected dates.
All levels including beginners are welcome.(Under 16s will need to be supervised by an adult).
