I combine my extensive HR, commercial operations and people management experience, gained from 15 years’ at the BBC and 5 years at a leading global risk consultancy, with the award winning ActionCOACH Six Steps Business Growth System to help business owners grow their business and achieve the lifestyle they want.
As a chartered HR professional with over 20 years people management experience, I am passionate about creating an environment where people can flourish and be their best.
I am fascinated by people and their stories, and love helping people get to where they want to go through clarity, learning and action plus a very large dollop of fun thrown in along the way.
