Opting for additional workouts into my existing gym plan, I spoke to Liam to focus solely on boxing and upper body strength, which is exactly what I’ve received. Liam is a fantastic trainer . As someone that trained Muay Thai for a while , he has made the transition to boxing a smooth one for me . He is very patient and very friendly .
